Customer Care
- Response times may be reduced by personnel shortages or utility disruptions
Order Processing
- Automated processes will continue to run
- Automated processes that require human approval or intervention may be delayed
- Manual processes may be delayed
- In-person research at court houses in affected areas may be delayed
System Availability & Data Integrity
- Access to the BrightScreen App and our other online systems will remain available
- Your data is not stored locally and is stored safely in top-tier cloud data centers
- In a catastrophic emergency situation, BrightScreen will work with its information technology partners to execute our respective disaster recovery plans to restore data and access to our systems as quickly and safely as possible.
