• Requests one (1) reference from one (1) reference source
• BrightScreen attempts to contact the reference
• Number of Attempts: 5
• If we cannot retrieve a verification from a primary source, we may directly request supporting documentation from the applicant and pass that to you. The search will be flagged to indicate that the primary source could not verify the information.
• If we are directed to a third-party verification source:
  • our Third Party Fees policy may apply
  • we will follow the instructions provided to us at the time of order before incurring charges
• Will not be processed if "do not contact" is selected by the applicant during the ordering process

• Phone number or email of the reference
